My wife and I feel very fortunate to have read "Home Buying for Dummies"...the first rule of home buying is to make absolutely sure that you find the best realtor possible when buying or selling a home. Marika is that "best realtor possible". In 2007 Marika guided us through our first home purchase, she was not like the other realtors we'd spoken to (unattentive, pushy and clearly in it for their own gain only). Her people skills are hugely refreshing and she actually cares about making sure you're happy. In 2010, we relocated 800 miles and Marika helped us sell our home in what were very challenging circumstances. I've also recommended Marika to friends in the inbetween years, Marika sold both of their homes in a matter of weeks even in the most difficult period of the economic slump.
In summary; Marika = Professional, honest, passionate, trustworthy, extremely likeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to ask her to help us again or recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home in the low country area.
